How is everything going lately?

There has been a lot going on in the dynamic world of Campos Coffee.  All facets of our operation are blazing ahead and the coffee is receiving more attention than ever. Here is a summary of the last few months:

Brisbane: We started roasting in April 2008 and some heads have been 

                  turning some heads on the Brisbane scene. It has been a great                     start - much better than ever expected! The cafe is producing                   fantastic coffee alongside very impressive food.

Sydney:   Continues to excel.  We are dedicating more and more time to 

                  cupping and blend crafting. Results are great- winning the best

                  beans in Sydney gong from Time Out magazine, as well as other

                  glowing reviews.

Online Store: From Roast to Post.

                  Began in January and is now in full swing.  The beans go directly  

                  from the roaster to the post, and our customers have been enjoying

                  the carefree, and traffic-free, quick results of their online purchasing

                  power.

Great depth of character, strong, and eloquent. This very appealing blend unites coffees from Africa and the Americas to produce a cup which has gotten us excited. Formidable middle palate flavors, syrupy with an uplifting finish.
