Campos Coffee Melbourne opened in Carlton, Victoria in November 2010.
Our Espresso Bar is open Monday to Friday (7am-4pm) and Saturday (8am – 4pm). We offer several types of brewing methods including Syphon, Pour Over, 22hr Japanese Cold drip and the much prized Slayer espresso machine, which is used to produce the most stunning espresso results with it's ability the pressure profile each and every shot individually.
We roast on site in Carlton and currently supply Campos Coffee to select businesses in and around Melbourne.
Public Cupping sessions, where you can learn the journey a coffee makes from the farm to our Espresso Bar, are conducted every Friday at 10am and on Saturday's at 2pm. We are located just of the iconic Lygon St in Carlton and are in close proximity to Melbourne University.

Roasting in Melbourne
At the very beginning of the year we began roasting on our Carlton premises in Melbourne. This was an exciting and eagerly awaited step in our Victorian operation. Matt, our head roaster comes from a solid roasting background from within Campos Coffee and also has experience roasting with London specialty coffee outfit – Climpson and Sons.
